1. Introduction

4. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing
We work hard to describe every product accurately, including its platform, region, edition, and whether it is physical or digital. Screen images and photographs are for illustration; actual packaging may vary.

Pricing and description errors. Occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. If this happens, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the wrong price. We will contact you, offer you the chance to proceed at the correct price, and refund you in full if you would rather cancel.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, but a contract is only formed when we dispatch the item or deliver the digital code.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- The product is out of stock or a supplier fails to deliver
- We suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, or resale in breach of Section 11
- There has been a pricing or listing error
- We cannot ship to your address
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that the details you give are accurate.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch physical orders the same day or the next business day. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur.

Customs and import charges. For international orders, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you paid at checkout.
8. Digital Products
Digital products — game keys, top-up credit, DLC, gift cards, and subscription codes — are delivered by email and/or on your account page, usually within minutes of payment clearing.
- A digital product gives you a licence to use the content, subject to the terms of the platform that issues it (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Valve, Apple, Google, or another publisher). You do not acquire ownership of the underlying game or software.
- Codes are region- and platform-specific. Check the region shown on the product page before buying.
- You are responsible for entering the code into the correct account. We cannot reverse a redemption.
- Reselling, redistributing, or publishing codes bought from us is not permitted.

9. Pre-Orders
Release dates for pre-orders are set by publishers and can move. We will keep you updated and you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or our products to:
- Break any law or regulation that applies to you
- Commit fraud, use a stolen payment method, or make false claims about an order
- Resell products commercially without our written agreement
- Interfere with the Site's security, scrape it, or introduce malicious code
- Harass our staff or other customers
12. Warranties on Products
New hardware — consoles, phones, and accessories — is covered by the manufacturer's warranty that comes with it. Warranty length and terms are set by the manufacturer, not by us. We are happy to help you start a warranty claim.
Separately from any manufacturer warranty, defective items are covered by our own returns policy for 60 days.
13. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
14. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The Site's design, text, logos, and graphics belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Super Gamers Live is an independent retailer. All console, game, publisher, and manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks — including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Apple, and Samsung — are the property of their respective owners. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that we cannot settle directly will be submitted to the courts of Dubai.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your country of residence.
22. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
